Terms of Use

Last updated October 23, 2026

Peume lets companies share their job offers through peu.me links whose length shows the level of the role. These terms apply to everyone who uses peume.com or a peu.me link. By creating an account or a link, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with your email, with a password, or with Google. Keep access to your account to yourself, and tell us right away at contact@peume.com if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You create links on behalf of a company. By doing so, you confirm that you are allowed to share its job offers and to use its name and logo on Peume.

2. Your links

3. What you may not do

Only share real job offers you are allowed to share. Do not use Peume to:

We may disable a link or an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and without refund when the breach is clear.

4. Payments

Junior links are free. Senior, 10x, Cracked and Legend links are paid once, per link, in US dollars, before the link is created. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and on the payment page. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Taxes may apply depending on where you are. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. The service

We work hard to keep Peume and every peu.me link available, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever stop the service, we will tell account holders in advance by email.

6. Your content and ours

You keep all rights to your company name, logo and job offers. You give us permission to display them on Peume to run the service, including on the Jobs page. The Peume name, logo and website belong to Peume.

7. Liability

Peume is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost hires or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the link concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your links stop working and your data is erased, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When the change matters, we will tell account holders by email before it applies. Continuing to use Peume after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact@peume.com. These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to go to your own courts.
