Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Peume collects when you use peume.com or click a peu.me link, why, who helps us run the service, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect little.

1. If you have an account

• Your email, to sign you in and send you sign-in links and receipts.
• Your company name and logo, shown on your links and on the Jobs page.
• Your links: the job offer address, the level, whether the link is private, and when it was created.
• Payments: the amount and the date of each paid link. Card details stay with Stripe; we never receive them.

2. When someone clicks a peu.me link

We count each click so the company can see how its offer travels. For each click we record:

• the date and time, and the link;
• the country, region and city, as estimated by our network provider from the connection (we do not keep the IP address);
• the type of device, browser and operating system;
• the website the click came from, and the campaign tags (utm) present in the link;
• a one-way fingerprint, built from the connection and the browser and scrambled with a secret key, used only to count unique visitors. It cannot be turned back into an IP address and is different for every link.

We do not use these clicks to build profiles, we do not sell them, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. When you sign in with Google or a password, our sign-in provider also keeps your session in your browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept.

4. Who helps us run Peume

• Railway hosts the service and its data.
• Cloudflare routes peume.com and peu.me, protects them, estimates the location of clicks, and sends our emails.
• Supabase handles password and Google sign-in.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Stripe processes payments and sends receipts.

Some of them may process data outside your country, under the safeguards the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Account data and links are kept as long as your account exists. Click records are kept as long as the link exists. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.

6. Your rights

You can see and export your data from your dashboard (Settings → Download my data, and Export CSV for clicks), correct your company details, and delete your account from Settings, which erases your account, links and click records. You can also ask us for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@peume.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Children

Peume is a service for companies. It is not meant for anyone under 16.
